Fellowship so far has not been as imagined, it is not as easy as expected, it brings its own challenges and hard times. Few of the conveyed challenges were, the content has been heavy initially, found it difficult to follow the rules and regulation, keeping up the schedule and being on time was brought back to practice after a long time, the usage of phone and personal time was less but certainly, all the fellows knew that they are here not for holiday or leisure but for training, one of the biggest challenges was sports, give work for the physical body is not enjoyed by all hence few found hard to wake up early in the morning and report on the ground. The training program was quite intense. The  I’m possible fellowship has its objectives to be accomplished and looks ahead to train the fellows to be great leaders among their group, for that these hard times are a stepping stone.
