On 5 September 2025, Snehagram celebrated Onam with happiness and enthusiasm. The event was enhanced by the presence of senior members of the community and the RISHI Foundation team. Preparations began early in the morning, with community members working together in the kitchen. This year was unique, as the community prepared 50 traditional Onam dishes for the first time.
Tasks such as vegetable cutting, spice preparation, and cooking were shared among participants, and the aromas of payasam, avial, and srikhand spread throughout the campus, creating a festive atmosphere. The celebration was vibrant and lively. The campus was attractively decorated, and many members wore traditional attire. The event was filled with music, laughter, and a sense of family unity. When the Onam Sadhya was served, everyone enjoyed the meal with great joy. For many, it was their first experience of such a grand and traditional feast.
