The mentors from Snehagram had gone to facilitate a camp held for HIV infected children from across Karnataka. The main objective of these sessions is to make each one of the participant understand the meaning and value of treatment, adherence, and the importance of taking the medicines without fail. It is also the time where participants ask questions and get clarification about the disease and infection. These interactions help the mentors to identify the different community problems faced by the children and come out with creative ways of addressing them. It is also a get-together where all the children from different communities come and spend time interacting and getting insights for the betterment of their lives.
